Does not work for sublimation |

I have wasted so many mugs, so much sublimation ink and paper, and time trying to get an image to transfer to the mug. I went as far as to replace my ink in my sublimation printer and have tried adjusting every setting on the mug press, adding more heat, less heat, more pressure and less pressure but nothing seems to work. I have mugs that I purchased from other retailers and the image shows up perfectly crisp and vibrant. The image on this mug is faded and inconsistent. I have never had one mug successfully work. I also can not get a reply via email or phone for help regarding the issue. It is such a shame, because it is a hard style of mug to find, but I wouldn't waste your money.
